Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

• Greet patients warmly and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, following established protocols.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
• Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and handle patient information with care.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is required (in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in keyboard/data entry.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Ability to travel to multiple locations and work flexible hours.
