Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager / Learning consultant Or Instructional designer
Duration: 12 months (Extension Conversion Possible)
Work Type: Remote ( Working East Coast hours )

Description:

• The Project Manager is responsible for partnering with individual businesses, L&D partners to scope out learning and development opportunities and ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality, innovative, diverse, multi-modal blended learning solutions on a variety of learning projects that support business priorities, enable people strategies, and impact key business measures.

Successful candidate will:

• Oversee and lead large and highly complex learning initiatives aligned to the organization's strategic priorities.
• Apply adult learning best practices to planned solutions.
• Partner closely with learning vendors and extended learning partners to execute on key deliverables.
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on the management of the learning portfolio.
• Provide executive summaries to the leadership team on initiative status, accomplishment risk/concerns, and next steps.
• Properly document executive approvals.
• Demonstrate knowledge in the application of adult learning principles for various delivery methodologies
• Experience in learning development and delivery processes that deliver various learning formats including virtual classroom, eLearning, webinars, self-led materials and workshops of learning and development programs
• The Project Manager is responsible for the effective delivery of L&D projects which includes
• planning and execution, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, and project monitoring/control.
• The PM engages project teams, consisting of Business and L&D, focused on achieving the project objectives.
• Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement and strategies leveraging key project management assets e.g. charters, project schedules, and change requests to ensure tight governance control and risk management throughout the project/program
• Be an active member of the team and share your subject matter expertise in project management, including knowledge of best practices and emerging trends; maintain best practices in areas of project framework methodologies

Must Have:
Instructional design 5 yrs ADD this to the Matrix

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, in a learning or adult training environment
• Experience working in a complex agile environment in the banking industry
• Solid competency in MS Office suite, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint
• Competency in team meeting facilitation in virtual environments and leverage of collaboration Tools like Adobe Connect, WebEx, MS Teams
• PMP (Project Management Professional

Nice to have :

• Demonstrate knowledge in the application of adult learning principles for various delivery methodologies
