Job Overview
As a key member of our team, the Senior Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in driving equipment performance and maintenance excellence across various sites.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead programs/systems/processes/capital projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and improve preventive maintenance task lists and processes.
- Conduct root cause failure analysis to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Champion world-class maintenance reliability programs, including lubrication, vibration analysis, and oil analysis.
- Manage small to large projects to meet and improve equipment safety, regulatory compliance, reliability, and performance.
- Review inspection reports and analyze data to determine effectiveness and quality.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of supervisory or project experience in manufacturing environments.
- 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with fans, material handling equipment, electrical distribution, and pneumatic conveying systems.
- Ability to comply with corporate policies and Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) regulations.
- Knowledge of mechanical design, machine design, and manufacturing systems.
- Understanding of complex mathematical analysis and calculus for design and troubleshooting.
- Experience with precision maintenance techniques and CMMS systems.
- Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) skills.
