As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the first line of defense for our employees' technical needs. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
- User Support: Assist users with questions, inquiries, and troubleshooting requests.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks to optimize performance and reliability.
- Onboarding Support: Generate sign-ins for new hires and provide initial technical setup.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and prioritize incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and common software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Details:
- Weekend On-Call: The selected candidate will be required to be on call every Saturday and Sunday to support the weekend shift.
