We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative to empower members with the best tools and advice available. Show compassion when talking to members. Provide courteous and professional service by establishing positive and supportive relationships with external and internal members. Effectively communicate through all channels of communication. Bilingual in Spanish & English is required.
Location : Santa Fe, NM
Full-Time : 40 Hours per week. Mon-Fri 8 : 30 to 5 : 30
Starting Pay : $21.83
Preferred Experience : One to two years of similar or related experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, including the ability to understand and speak fluently.
Function & Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Financially empower members with the best tools and advice available; offer solutions that can improve the member's financial situation.
- Appropriately directs phone calls appropriate departments.
- Fast and correct keyboarding, and creating grammatically correct responses free of spelling errors.
- Problem solve and provide logical solutions.
- Processing of transactions of all types with minimal errors.
- Ask High Impact Questions that can help to uncover account needs.
- Ask High Impact Questions that can help to uncover lending needs.
