Position Summary:

Guapos Restaurants is looking for great individuals who share our love for food and hospitality. Our host/hostess is responsible for making our guest feel welcomed and valued. From the moment customers enter the restaurant, our host or hostess must create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.

Guapos Restaurant is looking for people that can adhere to Guapos professional standards while giving our customers a wonderful dining experience.

Job Type: Full-Time (on-site)

Physical Setting: Restaurant Floor

Schedule: Flexible Schedule (Monday to Friday and Weekends) - (Morning shift/Night shift)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
• Assist guests in finding their seats as they arrive and manage the seating chart / guest waitlist.
• Assign tables to servers objectively and impartially.
• Learn the table layout and seating chart.
• Determine seating and dining flow and ensure the tables are ready.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Present the guests with menu and drink lists.
• Inspect dining area to ensure proper cleanliness.
• Receive guest's calls and answer their inquiries.
• Assist Restaurant staff with other duties as required.

• Ability to speak English clearly, advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to learn new things quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with customers and
• coworkers.
• Ability to follow Guapos guidelines and procedures.
• Customer oriented and safety-minded.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration and team-player.
• Work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to remain on their feet for long periods of hours.
