We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensing Supervisor position here at Guarantee Trust Life, reporting to the Sales Support & Licensing Manager!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-­to­-day activities of the licensing team as well as tasks required to meet and maintain license compliance State Licensing
• Carrier contracting
• Reporting
• Maintain existing relationships with relevant 3rd party partners pertinent to DOI compliance
• Manage inter-­team communication (training, sales, etc.) in partnership with licensing team members
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
• Collaborate on the development of licensing strategies
• Proactively identify deficiencies and efficiencies and solutions to improve processes
  
  

Qualifications

Education and Skills:

• Ability to maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
• Capacity to work independently and make decisions within a cross­-departmental team
• 2 years of leading a department, licensing department preferred
• Extensive knowledge of state requirements to procure and maintain compliant licenses
• Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, which is key to supporting interactions with our internal departments, agents, and carrier partners
• High School Diploma/GED required, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects potential pay for the job grade for this role at the time of this posting. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications. Compensation ranges are subject to change and may be higher or lower than the range described above.
