We are currently seeking a Part-Time Mail Center & Print Room Clerk. This role will work 24 hours per week and is required to be onsite in our Glenview office. Work schedule is 7am-12pm Monday through Thursday, and 8am-12pm on Fridays. The hourly rate for this position is $22.50.

What You'll Be Doing:

This position is responsible for opening and distributing incoming mail as well as internal mail and packages, inserting and metering outgoing mail, printing and delivering documents, and managing print quality output.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of college preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and/or running a large printer is a plus!

The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation.  The range reflects potential pay for the job grade for this role at the time of this posting. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications.  Compensation ranges are subject to change and may be higher or lower than the range described above.
