Full Job Description
Our Home Care Agency is looking for a dependable, self-driven Office Assistant to be responsible for handling daily tasks in our office. A potential candidate will be required to handle incoming phone calls and other communications, greet clients and employees, as well as manage files, update paperwork weekly, and perform various other duties and errands.
A potential candidate must possess the ability to write clearly, communicate efficiently and pleasantly, as well as be proficient in word processing applications, such as Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage filling system
- Greeting Employees on a daily basis
- Recording information as needed
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Update paperwork on a weekly basis
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Coordinate company events as necessary
- Maintain supply inventory
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
- Ensure that clients are satisfied
- Organize and maintain Employee schedules
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of Experience working as an office assistant in a Home Care Setting
- Ability to use Word Processing Applications
- Great communication skills
- Pleasant attitude
- CNA certified (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Administrative Duties:
- Greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and
taking messages.
- Manage the front-desk areas, serving as the first point of contact
for guests, employees, job candidates, and vendors.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Creating folders, maintaining documents, and entering
information into database.
- Make changes to schedules.
- Closing out member and staff when terminated.
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current either
manually or electronically.
- Manages calendars and schedules home visits and interviews.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies.
