Guardian Angel Homes, an award-winning assisted living facility specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's care, is currently accepting applications for full-time Maintenance Assistant position.
Responsibilities and Duties
Heavy moving of equipment and furniture
Painting, general building repair
Special event set up and breakdown
Landscaping, yardwork.
Regularly working around elders, many with dementia and behaviors
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for assigned maintenance tasks.
Maintain electronic records of works performed using facility electronic medical records system.
Availability to modify working hours in response to weather, emergencies or special events.
