Your Role:
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will:

- Leadership and Staff Support: Provide education, routine feedback, and accountability for all facility policies, procedures, and standards while cultivating strong relationships with current and prospective staff.
- Resident Care and Collaboration: Assist with resident-specific care needs, coordinate with other departments on projects and resident care, and actively contribute to continuous process improvement goals.
- Operational Responsibilities: Participate in after-hours on-call duties, maintain clean and sanitized workspaces, and ensure equipment is ready for use.
This position has the following working conditions and requirements:
- Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Work in well-lit and ventilated areas while sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and moving intermittently. Be prepared for exposure to hazards such as falls, injuries, odors, and infectious diseases, with safety equipment and PPE provided as required.
- Professional Interactions: Collaborate tactfully and harmoniously with residents, family members, staff, visitors, government agencies, vendors, and the general public under various conditions and circumstances.
- Training and Certification: Complete all required pre-service, in-service, and continuing education programs. Maintain or obtain certifications such as Assistance with Medications, First Aid/CPR, and Food Handler’s Permit within specified time frames.
- Personal Qualities and Skills: Exhibit patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm while practicing resident advocacy. Be adaptable, emotionally stable, and capable of making independent decisions with flexibility and personal integrity.
- Regulatory and Health Requirements: Meet minimum age requirements (18 ), pass criminal background checks, and maintain good health to effectively perform job responsibilities.
- Technical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess basic computer skills and a willingness to seek out and apply new methods and principles to improve practices.
