As a Financial Representative with us, you will work closely with individuals, families, and businesses in your local area, providing them with financial services and products to protect their assets, enhance their financial literacy, and support wealth accumulation for the future.

Our distinct, non-captive approach to financial services emphasizes long-term results and integrates technology, strong client connections, and customized strategies for individuals and businesses. Candidate must obtain required licensing including General Lines: Life, Accident, Health, and HMO in applicable states. A 4-year degree in Business or Finance is preferred but not required. A successful candidate should have 4-6 years of sales experience. Industry experience and insurance sales are a plus!

Compensation:

$60,000 at plan yearly Commission based structure

  • Providing development and training (locally, virtually, and nationally) to support the building of your practice.
  • Offering tools and resources to aid in marketing and growing your practice and effectively communicating with prospects and clients.
  • Providing mentorship and joint-work opportunities with peers and senior level advisors.

  • Providing leadership and career development opportunities such as tuition reimbursement, licensing assistance and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate should have 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Candidates should be either a US citizen or permanent resident.
  • Relevant work history in Business, Finance, and/or Sales is preferred.
  • Candidates must also obtain the necessary insurance licensing (please visit the Texas Department of Insurance webpage for more information regarding the General Lines: Life, Accident, Health, and HMO license).
  • A 4-year degree in Business or Finance is preferred, but not required.
