This is a full-time on-site role as a Member Relations Specialist - Branch Services, located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Member Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members, handling member inquiries and concerns, resolving issues, and promoting our financial products and services. They will also assist with processing transactions, opening and closing accounts, and ensuring a positive branch experience for our members.

- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Previous experience in a financial institution or customer service role
- Knowledge of banking products and services
