Job Overview: Guardian Flight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Paramedic to join our team. As a Flight Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in accordance with GMR protocols and medical direction.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000-$81,000 annually, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus payable in two installments following the end of training. Additionally, we provide company-paid crew housing while on shift and a flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility.
- Maintain thorough patient care documentation.
- Participate in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences to maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an ALS or critical care setting required.
- Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area required.
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certification required prior to flight status.
