About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Life Support Air Medical Professional to join our team at Guardian Flight. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide advanced life support care to patients in emergency situations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience in an ALS or critical care setting required
- Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area required
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required prior to flight status
- FCC Certification within six months of hire preferred
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive salary range of $79,000 to $81,000 annually
- One-time sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 paid in two installments following completion of training
- Flexible scheduling with a 3 days on/6 days off rotation
