Position : In-Home Sales Representative - Expert Closer
Location : Tampa / Sarasota Areas
Job Type : Full-time
Responsibilities :
In-Home Consultations : Conduct professional and persuasive in-home consultations with potential
customers to assess their needs and present our products / services.
Product Knowledge : Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our products / services, their features,
and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding
their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
Closing Deals : Utilize strong closing skills to convert leads into satisfied customers. Overcome objections
and effectively negotiate to secure sales.
Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value of our offerings and
differentiate us from the competition.
Follow-Up : Implement a proactive follow-up strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and identify
opportunities for additional sales or referrals.
Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of
customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Proven track record of success in in-home sales with a focus on closing deals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Knowledge of industry products / services is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable transportation to conduct in-home consultations.
