Job Duties:
- Serve as the liaison between the Board of Directors and the community residents
- Manage office hours
- Respond and assist with residents’ questions and concerns
- Enforce house rules of the community
- Drafting reports
- Procuring contractors and overseeing projects on property
- Willing to perform some light janitorial work

Schedule:
- Available on weekends
- Be flexible to be on call evenings
