Regional Support Specialist
The Regional Support Specialist will interact with the company’s Pest Technicians and Regional Managers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and scheduling the Technicians days with service calls. Heavy data entry with critical thinking and communication skills via telephone and email.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Pest Technicians via email, text, and phone.
- Schedule Pest Technicians for daily service calls in a timely manner.
- Quote, when asked, and create work orders for services and products.
- Data entry of information for new and existing accounts including but not limited to: invoices, account information, payments, and billing.
- Process renewals for Guardian Pest Solutions, Inc.
- File paperwork and other information.
- Back up inside sales department as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor or upper management for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
- Participates as needed in special department projects.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Critical Thinking skills: Observation, Analysis, Interpretation, Reflection, Evaluation Inference, Explanation, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
- Relationship builder with the ability to facilitate effectively between departments.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication skills and computer experience and aptitude.
- Expanded knowledge of geographical areas or desire to learn
- At least two years of customer service experience.
- Ability to sit, stand for up to 8-hours a day, five days a week.
