The primary duties of this role will be to provide pre and post sales-related support to the Loll Contract Team. This team member will communicate with specifiers, dealers, purchasing agents, end-users and sales reps on project opportunities. Day to day responsibilities include email and phone communication, quoting, order entry, project management, and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is charismatic and patient when interfacing with customers; a hard worker, who is detail and team oriented, upbeat with positive energy, able to multi-task and think on their feet. We're looking for a person who will naturally integrate into a small team that works diligently to provide a high level of care and service to the Loll Contract Team and our customer base.
Principal Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
Bachelor's degree and customer service experience required. Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality. Outstanding communication, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with problem solving abilities. Well organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. A high level of customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities is critical to success in this role.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Willing to travel as necessary. Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Work environment noise is moderate. This position is a hybrid in office/remote role. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the principal accountabilities.

- Detailed understanding of Loll products.
- Daily use of Salesforce and ERP system to oversee the entry and management of quotes and orders.
- Pre- and post-sale communication with customers and sales team members via phone and email regarding pricing, products, production timeline, shipping information, and order status.
- Liaise with the accounting team to qualify terms, enter tax exemptions, and reconcile payment.
- Handle customer complaints and warranty issues in a professional, empathetic, timely manner.
- Problem solve and find opportunities to offer alternative solutions to customer needs.
- Work with appropriate departments to resolve any customer grievances, parts inquiries, and warranty claims.
- Fulfill customer material sample requests.
- Salesforce case management.
- Perform other projects and responsibilities as needed.

- $40,000 - $50,000/annually bonus
