Guardian Protection is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead the development of a new sales channel focused on Remote Video Monitoring (RVM) solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling a team of 7–10 RVM Sales Consultants, while driving new business acquisition in the field.
As we expand into the growing RVM market, the Sales Manager will play a critical role in establishing best practices, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting field reps in identifying and closing high-value commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record in building sales teams, launching new channels, and leading by example in the field.

- Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and close new commercial opportunities in key verticals (e.g., Restaurants, Industrial, Warehouses, Office space.)
- Actively support field reps by joining client meetings, helping develop proposals, and removing roadblocks to close deals
- Establish a sales process and performance framework tailored to RVM solution selling, with a focus on consultative and value-driven approaches
- Provide hands-on coaching, training, and mentoring to help reps grow their pipelines, improve close rates, and hit aggressive growth targets
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure strong alignment and seamless customer experiences
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline metrics, and sales activity to continually optimize team performance and report progress to executive leadership
- Champion a high-energy, accountability-driven culture focused on winning new business and expanding Guardian’s footprint in the RVM space
- Prior sales leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coaching and mentoring sales reps to exceed performance targets
- Proven ability to build and execute strategic sales plans, including pipeline development and performance management
- Strong understanding of consultative and value based selling methodologies
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
