Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Clear Level 2 Background Check
- Ability to pass a full panel drug screen
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the facility, including basic plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
- Assist with general upkeep, ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and fully operational
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to address issues before they become problems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and leadership
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with groundskeeping and other tasks as needed to support a welcoming environment

Pay: $18-21 per hour
