Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with daily living activities
- Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies
- Assist with medication administration and documentation
- Support individuals in community integration and participation in recreational activities
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other members of the support team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills
