Basic Qualifications:
- Roofing experience is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using a CRM system.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients during roofing installations.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
- Must have a working cellphone.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
Position Responsibilities:
The Outside Project Manager position comes with the following responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Inside Production Manager (IPM).
- On installation days, contact the Property Owner to introduce yourself and discuss any concerns or requests they may have.
- Verify that the correct materials have been delivered to the job site.
- Ensure that the dump trailer is positioned correctly.
- Conduct field inspections of all jobs at the beginning and end of each project to address any special requests or concerns.
- Perform ongoing inspections during the job to ensure that crews follow job notes.
- Take specific job site photos and upload them to our CRM.
- Report any issues found on the job site to the IPM.
- Contact the homeowner upon job completion to conduct a walk-through.
- Ensure the job site is clean and all work is complete before leaving.
