We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to act as the Guardian Ambassador for our clients, ensuring operational standards and exceptional customer service.
Position Duties and Expectations:
- Coordinate communications and drive operational standards for client locations
- Maintain Safety and Security programs for Clients/Employees/Staff
- Conduct site training and oversee officer competency
- Work with Management Team to understand clients’ objectives
- Conduct audits, inspections, and client meetings
- Maintain clean and orderly working environments
- Provide guidance, counseling, and mentorship to Security Officers
- Ensure warm and safe work environments for employees and clientele
- Make sound decisions in the absence of supervision
Education/Experience: Possess a High School diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in security with leadership roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and software usage is required.
Required Certifications/Screenings: Valid Illinois Driver's License, PERC, background check, and drug screen
Employee Traits: Mature demeanor, strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, and reliable transportation
Computer Knowledge: Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software
