We develop security programs for major corporations and institutions as well as residential customers. Our services include uniform guards, patrol service, and electronic security which include security alarms, access control, and closed circuit camera options.

Though Anchorage-based, we have offices in Fairbanks, Wasilla, Mat-Su Valley, and the Kenai Peninsula and perform security work statewide including Bethel, Barrow, Kodiak, and Kotzebue.

Compensation Plan:
Position has a base salary of $3000 per month, DOE, plus commission and bonus structure.
Job Description:
- Sales of Smart Automations/Smart Home, cameras, access control, Intrusion, service and maintenance offerings.
- Utilizes a consultative sales approach to upgrade and enhance the customer's current facility infrastructure.
- Identify, target, and qualify new customers to continually increase the base of service customers.
- Warm and Cold phone calls
- Achievement of the Sales Team's account management goals by calling on existing contract customers.
- Technical experience with alarm systems a PLUS
Skills:
- Ability to develop and execute prospecting and account plans.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating and closing skills.
- Must have experience with business development
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background and drug screening investigation
- Track record of delivering on annual quota.
