Janco Commercial Cleaning is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to oversee client accounts, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage operational efficiency across assigned locations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring service expectations are met.
- Conduct regular site visits, quality control inspections, and client meetings to maintain service standards.
- Manage and support janitorial teams, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
- Address client concerns, resolve service issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with the operations team to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee supply inventory and coordinate deliveries to job sites as needed.
- Assist with staffing, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years in operations, account management, or facility management (janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., Team Software by WorkWave) and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
