Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience installing and servicing security alarm systems, access control, and CCTV security systems preferred.
- Ability to be physically active including, but not limited to, climbing ladders, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time.
- Able to squat, kneel, bend, crawl and climb – access attic and crawl spaces as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools preferred.
- Basic networking knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work on-call on a rotational basis covering after hours & weekend emergency calls.
- A valid State of Alaska driver’s license, without restrictions, is required.
Other duties as assigned.

Summary
As a Security Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various security systems, including CCTV and fire alarms. Reporting to the Field Services Manager, your role is vital in ensuring the safety and security of our clients. You will utilize your core skills in low voltage electrical work and cabling, while your premium skills in computer networking and system design will enhance our service offerings.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.50 per hour
