Job Qualifications and Abilities
Active EA License with 2 years minimum experienceMust possess excellent communication & interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail & accuracyExperience working in a fast-paced environmentHave thorough understanding of Tax Investigation & Tax Resolution submission process directly with IRSMust be able to work efficiently & manage a large pipeline with confidenceMust have experience and Knowledge of all IRS Fresh Start ProgramsJob Responsibilities
Calling the IRS to complete tax investigation and order account transcripts, wage and income reportsCommunicate with IRS via phone & faxNegotiates with IRS to release wage and / or bank levies.Prepare and analyze financial documents to choose optimal resolution path for clients.Prepares, reviews and filing of Offer in Compromise, CNC, Partial Pay Installment agreements, Fresh Start Program, Lien Release, Lien Subordination, Audit Reconsideration as well as any other available IRS programWork Schedule
