What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of tax resolution cases by negotiating with the IRS to release wage and bank levies, establish settlements, and develop payment plans.
- Lead tax investigations by obtaining and analyzing IRS account transcripts, wage, and income reports.
- Craft tailored solutions through Offer in Compromise, CNC, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, Lien Release, Lien Subordination, and Fresh Start programs.
- Communicate directly with the IRS via phone, fax, and correspondence to advocate for client resolutions.
- Work with financial documents to assess eligibility for IRS relief programs and create strategic tax solutions.
- Manage a high-volume case pipeline with efficiency and confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Enrolled Agent (EA) License
- 3 years of tax resolution experience required
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Expertise in IRS Fresh Start Programs & tax relief solutions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
