What You'll Do
As a Tax Investigation Agent, you will :
- Assist Clients with Tax Challenges – Communicate with clients via phone and email, offering support, updates, and exceptional service.
- Ensure Accurate Data Entry & Case Management – Organize client records, input case details, and monitor critical deadlines.
- Support IRS Investigations – Request transcripts, collect financial documents, and assist in analyzing tax-related information.
- Stay Organized & Detail-Focused – Manage multiple client cases efficiently, ensuring accuracy in every step.
- Collaborate in a High-Energy Team – Work alongside dedicated professionals in a supportive and goal-driven environment.
What We're Looking For :
Excellent Communicator – Professional, confident, and able to explain tax-related processes with clarity.
Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner – Comfortable working with CRMs, G Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Detail-Oriented & Analytical – You're meticulous, thorough, and great at identifying inconsistencies.
CAF # Preferred (Not Required) – Prior experience handling IRS correspondence is a plus, but we provide training!
Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment – You bring energy, positivity, and a strong work ethic to the team.
Location Requirement – Must be in California. This is an in-person role based in our Irvine, CA office (remote work is not available).
