What You’ll Be Doing
As a Tax Investigation Agent, you will:
- Support Clients Through Tax Challenges – Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing guidance, updates, and top-tier customer service.
- Ensure Accurate Data Entry & Case Management – Maintain and organize client records, input case details, and track important deadlines.
- Assist with IRS Investigations – Request transcripts, gather financial documents, and help analyze tax-related information.
- Stay Organized & Detail-Oriented – Manage multiple client cases efficiently, ensuring precision in every step.
- Work in a Collaborative, High-Energy Team – Be part of a supportive, goal-driven environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

- Exceptional Communicator – Confident, professional, and able to explain tax-related processes with clarity.
- Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner – Comfortable navigating CRMs, G Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical – Accuracy is your strength—you’re thorough and great at spotting inconsistencies.
- CAF # Preferred (Not Required) – Experience handling IRS correspondence is a plus, but we provide training!
- Thrives in a Fast-Paced Setting – You bring energy, positivity, and a strong work ethic to the team.
- Location Requirement – Must be in California. This is an in-person role based in our Irvine, CA office (remote work is not available).
