What You'll Be Doing
Consult & Close Deals – Follow a structured, proven 3-step process to engage clients, assess their financial situation, and offer tailored tax relief solutions.
Maximize Impact – Convert inbound leads into satisfied, long-term clients through expert negotiation and personalized financial strategies.
Work as a Team – Collaborate with management and support teams to achieve results and drive revenue .
What We're Looking For
- Sales-Driven & Results-Oriented – Prior closing experience is a plus, but ambition and resilience are key.
- Exceptional Communicator – Confident, persuasive, and skilled at building rapport over the phone.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required) – Background in sales, finance, or tax resolution is a plus, but we provide full training.
- Motivated & Goal-Focused – You thrive in a performance-driven environment and push yourself to exceed targets.

Position Details
Location : Phoenix, AZ 85034 (In-office role)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM ( 1 weekend per month )
Compensation : 15-17% commission bonuses ( six-figure potential! )
