Job Description:
The Sales Executive Manager will aggressively and profitably sell Guardiar USA and Guardiar Solutions product while developing and maintaining new customer relationships within the defined territory. This will include direct customer acquisition, product and architectural specification, and other business development activities.
Essential Duties:
- Create new accounts and obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to develop and acquire potential customers
- Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer
- Fence contractors/Installers
- Architects/Specifiers
- Security Planners
- Facility Owners/Managers/Developers
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of potential customers to maximize time and effort for optimum results
- Work in coordination with Program Management and Sales Support team to ensure proper quotations and subsequent delivery of drawings
- Utilize IFS- CRM to track all customer contact and keep management informed of sales efforts
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to perform full cycle selling including prospecting, negotiating, and closing
- High level of self-confidence
- Knowledge of Guardiar USA products and solutions and those of the competitors
- Good interpersonal and Strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel 70%
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- High degree of self-structure and motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience; access controls, high security perimeter solutions, 2 years in fencing, construction, architecture, or other related industry
- Experience with CRM software. IFS is a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge on Office suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Minimum High School Diploma, or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
