The Corporate Command Center is a 24/7 support unit responsible for overseeing critical security operations using the merger of technology solutions, intelligence gathering, customer service, and physical security oversight. The Corporate Command Center Supervisor is expected to use critical thinking skills, expert time management skills, conflict resolution skills, team-oriented management skills, and superior customer service.
Job Duties:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the 24/7 command center.
2. Manage 7-10 Command Center Operators providing "Overwatch" support of 250-300 job sites daily.
3. Deliver superior customer service to all internal and external customers.
4. Develop and deliver continuous training, drills, and scenario-based evaluations for the CCC Operators.
5. Ensure scheduled posts are covered. Verify officers are on duty and notify a supervisor or manager for open posts, open positions, and call offs, amending schedules to accurate shift times and personnel.
6. Monitor and support officers responding to priority-level issues.
7. Review and complete incident reports as required.
8. Audit and verify company assets are at their assigned locations.
9. Monitor weather and significant event alerts that may have an impact on our officers and the client’s facilities.
10. Act as systems administrator for multiple company programs as assigned.
11. Remain "On Call" for emergency issues and coverage issues.
