Location: Uptown Dallas
The Site Supervisor is accountable for day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, disciplining and terminating staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account.
Meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service. Maintains or oversees maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned security personnel. Provides after-hour emergency response as required.
Security Site Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous contract security, facilities management, military or law enforcement
- At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
- Meet and maintain all licensing requirements for Security Officers including passing a Criminal Background Check as required by the Texas PSB.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis
- Open availability (able to work any days or any shift)
- Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing
- Customer service orientation, personable and friendly - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle crisis situations
- Critical thinking and sound judgment
- Visual acuity and hearing ability to observe and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources
- Ability to perform general physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and/or moving the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, sitting, standing for long periods of time, and handling of materials.
