Objectives and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing candidates across all company departments
• Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on job boards, the company website, and other relevant outlets
• Effectively promote Guerra’s brand and culture to attract top talent
• Manage recruitment budget within different platforms
• Automate and streamline ATS and processes
• Build a strong candidate pipeline by utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, employee referral programs, etc.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and 1st interviews
• Coordinate and facilitate remaining hiring process through collaboration with hiring managers and candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings and talent needs
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices
• Track and report on recruitment metrics using this data to continuously improve the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process

Experience and Competencies – For success in this role

• 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist role (or adjacent position) within the wealth management or financial services industry
• Strong phone presence
• Attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with candidates
• Must be a go-getter, team-player, and hungry for knowledge and growth!
• Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, softwares and processes
