What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Representative/Sales position at Guerrilla Graphix?
As an Account Representative at Guerrilla Graphix, you will be the first form of contact for customers who call, email, or walk into the shop. You will be responsible for determining which line of business best meets the customer's needs. Educate customers on pricing and services we offer and set proper expectations, generate quotes and take payments, Follow up and keep in communication with customers. You will see orders from start to finish and ensure orders are being produced correctly and on time, communicate with the graphic designer and production team as necessary, assist with updating online stores, shared drives, and other computer-based programs. You will also be expected to assist with different aspects of the shop as needed.
You must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, navigate through multiple programs including the adobe suite the google suite, QuickBooks, software designed for the industry and Shopify.
You will need understanding of the screen printing process along with other services we offer to be able to answer questions.
We are looking for some one who is professional, friendly and ready to learn. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple customers at once. Must be a "people person."
