Work Summary:
In this role, you will work closely with the Territory Manager to manage, onboard, train, and provide collection coverage for new and existing clients in the Northern New Mexico Territory.
(Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Vegas, Las Alamos, Taos, Gallup, Grants, Hobbs, Clovis, and surroundings) Additionally, you will be responsible for setting sales appointments, updating sales and account information to CRM, and coordinating logistics, operations, and customer service support for the Territory.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provide customer service support for new and existing accounts
· Onboarding and training for all SWL products and services
· Phlebotomist support
· Fulfill supply orders
· Troubleshoot client portal and ordering issues
· Work with various departments in the lab to correct orders and billing issues
· Maintain a high level of customer service to clients
· Create SOPs for clients to ensure the successful user experience is maintained
· Ensure HIPPA and regulatory compliance
· Assist the Territory Manager with staffing and logistics support
· Weekly and monthly territory planning with TM
· Conduct Phlebotomist reviews with Phlebotomist Manager and TM
· Set appointments to present products and services for new and existing accounts
· Assist the Territory manager with various tasks as needed
· Attend industry conferences and tradeshows
· Coordinate lunches and breakfasts for educational presentations
· Conduct sales presentations when needed
· Assist with meeting or exceeding sales and service initiatives set forth by the Territory Manager and Director of Business Development
Education/Experience Requirements/Training:
· 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales or customer service experience
· Valid driver's license
· Clean background and credit check
· Reference check

· Strong writing and verbal communication skills required
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other forms of technology

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
