Director of Finance oversees all financial aspects of the company, including financial reports, investment activities and long-term financial and operational strategies. Key duties include strategic planning, financial analysis, and team leadership. Provide financial guidance and support to the organization, ensuring responsible and effective financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s financial planning, modeling, and analysis functions, driving accurate forecasts and performance projections that support informed strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, focusing on budget performance, profitability, liquidity, and key balance sheet metrics.
- Oversee and refine financial reporting processes, including managing equity, earnings per share (EPS), leases, debt, intangibles, and other areas as directed by the CFO and Controller.
- Develop and analyze critical financial metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance company performance and fuel growth.
- Implement and uphold robust internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all accounting activities.
- Manage the preparation and submission of SEC filings (10-K and 10-Q), working closely with the CFO, Controller, external auditors, and legal counsel.
- Support the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) process, ensuring clear, compliant, and insightful communication regarding financial performance and strategic priorities.
- Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with operations and business units to identify opportunities for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Represent the company with professionalism to internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and key partners.
- Contribute to long-term strategy development by aligning financial planning with the company’s growth and operational objectives.
Minimum Educational/Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Economics, or Management.
- Advanced degree in Financial Management (e.g., MBA).
- MBA with experience in financial accounting for medium to large companies is essential.
- CPA is an added benefit
Minimum Previous Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting within the Semiconductor Industry.
Minimal Additional Training:
- Familiarity with GRF Core Values.
Other Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a business partner mindset, able to look beyond the numbers.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 and willingness to work across financial programs.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
