Job Description
POSITION TITLE : Finance Analyst, FP&A
POSITION PURPOSE :
Assist the organization in achieving internal and external goals by analyzing the company's performance and providing feedback on areas of opportunity. Support several crucial activities, including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning, preparing presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, preparing quarterly earnings deliverables and completing ad-hoc projects as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Own the Global CapEx and Store Rollout and Global Comparable Store Growth consolidation models for both monthly forecast and annual budgeting.
Load monthly segment forecasts, ensuring accuracy and keep an open line with the respective segment finance personnel to understand significant changes vs. prior forecast or variances vs. plan.
Manage and communicate the deliverable checklists and calendars for monthly forecasts, quarterly earnings preparation and annual budgeting process.
Prepare deliverables for quarterly earnings calls and assist reporting team and finance executives with earnings release preparation.
Assist with preparation of materials for Board of Director meetings, Investor conferences and other leadership meetings as needed.
Work closely with the general accounting and global reporting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare deliverables for internal and external auditors on a quarterly basis and / or as needed.
Communicate, collaborate with and influence regional finance teams and cross-functional business partners and work to continuously improve processes and procedures.
EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 2-4 Years
