Job Description:
This role oversees the efficient and safe completion of all tasks daily at our lodge. Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and problem-solve worker performance to ensure optimal results.
- Assist in training and scheduling staff to meet business needs.
- Complete sales in POS systems accurately, efficiently, and in a friendly manner, assisting colleagues as needed.
- Provide excellent guest interactions, answering questions and completing sales on register.
- Maintain store displays through stock rotation, cleaning, and organizing.
- Receive and verify quantities of food stock and merchandise, organizing and stocking store displays.
- Assist in maintaining department records, such as schedules, payroll, deposits, and daily cash reports.
Salary : $27
