Job Description:

This role oversees the efficient and safe completion of all tasks daily at our lodge. Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and problem-solve worker performance to ensure optimal results.
• Assist in training and scheduling staff to meet business needs.
• Complete sales in POS systems accurately, efficiently, and in a friendly manner, assisting colleagues as needed.
• Provide excellent guest interactions, answering questions and completing sales on register.
• Maintain store displays through stock rotation, cleaning, and organizing.
• Receive and verify quantities of food stock and merchandise, organizing and stocking store displays.
• Assist in maintaining department records, such as schedules, payroll, deposits, and daily cash reports.
