33.00 USD HourlyThe Project Manager will manage and support the timely delivery and execution of contract proposal commitments and deliverables consisting of specific contract requirements and deferred maintenance projects. This position requires attention to detail, strong relationship skills, an ability to prioritize competing demands on time, and project management experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Collaborate with various constituents and disciplines to ensure timely delivery of commitments and promises
• Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Produce weekly progress updates and reports
• Keep management up to date on project status, issues, etc.
• Maintain and manage project schedules
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships
• Performs such other related duties as directed or required
