RH is seeking a Houseman (Guesthouse Housekeeping Support Associate) to join our team in providing world-class service to our guests while taking great care of our guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure all guest interactions and greetings are conducted in a professional and courteous manner
- Uphold the cleanliness of public spaces and public restrooms to RH standards
- Move operational supplies between offsite storage and Guesthouse
- Clean, organize and replenish housekeeping pantries and closets
- Assist Housekeeping Associates with cleaning Guest rooms, linen, laundering and deliveries
- Assist with luggage on arrival and departure
- Pick up and deliver guest laundry
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience working in a luxury hotel environment or similar role
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work and complete task with minimal supervision
- Ability to relieve the Housekeeping Lead as a Self-Inspector
- Comply with brand quality assurance, uniform and appearance expectations and standards
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sustained standing, walking, bending, stooping for extended periods of time
- This position requires working indoor and outdoor, in various climates
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
