Executive Assistant
Experience with property management, real estate transactions and contract review. Understand the importance of handling confidential information appropriately. Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting processes and basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems to include record keeping and filing. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, e-filing, and document management. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Willingness to take on new responsibilities and duties as needed in an ever-changing work environment.
· This position is four days per week
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
· Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
· Proficient in Microsoft Office/Accounting Processes
· Knowledgeable in general office procedures
· Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Assist in preparation of meetings and events
