Guidant is in a pivotal phase of expansion, and we are looking to bring on a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to help ensure that our financial reporting is accurate, timely, and provides meaningful commercial insights.

Position Overview :
As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in leading the financial reporting process as well as overseeing internal financial analysis. You will be responsible for producing high-quality financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, you will lead the creation of internal management reports in Power BI, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and perform in-depth analysis for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee monthly plant level reporting and perform the corporate consolidation process. Ensure timely delivery and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform variance analysis vs. forecast, budget, and prior year.
- Prepare quarterly external reporting packages for lenders and private equity sponsor.
- Coordinate with local teams to identify and track EBITDA adjustments in accordance with loan covenant allowances.
- Prepare the quarterly cash flow statement based on consolidated income and balance sheet results.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles. Work with the sales and operations teams to move towards a 12-month rolling forecast process.
- Work closely with senior management to analyze and interpret financial data, providing insights and recommendations for business improvements.
- Identify creative and innovative ways to streamline reporting, automate processes, and make information accessible on a real-time basis. Leverage familiarity with reporting tools to improve reporting capabilities.
- Generate ideas for KPIs that provide meaningful insight to the business’ fundamental drivers. Have a strong appreciation for the difference between interesting data and important information.
- Support in the ongoing SAP ERP migration. Develop a strong understanding of data structures and ERP capabilities.
