Our mission is to assist individuals in reaching the highest level of independence appropriate for their age, personal challenges, and goals.
Mr. F lives in Norwich and is seeking a mentor Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-3pm. Mr. F seeking a mentor to assist him with maintaining his home, meal planning and preparation, transportation to medical appointments and various other life skills. Mr. F needs a motivated and positive mentor to help him continue to achieve his highest level of independence. We are seeking someone to work with an intelligent, independent living young man who would benefit from guidance, teaching and praise for everyday life. Additionally, he will require assistance with financial budgeting, bill pay, etc.
Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years with no major violations in the last 10 years, motor vehicle insurance with a minimum liability limit of $100,000 Combined Single Limit or $100,000/$300,000 spilt limits, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
