Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Actively communicate with current and potential policyholders, understanding their individual insurance needs.
Consultative Sales : Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients through a detailed understanding of their circumstances.
Lead Management : Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and convert them into satisfied clients.
Policy Customization : Suggest and set up insurance plans tailored to protect clients from potential risks.
Portfolio Expansion : Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance client portfolios with additional coverages or policy upgrades.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and strategies for best service practices.
Industry Education : Stay informed on industry trends and state regulations impacting insurance offerings.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold a valid Property & Casualty License for the state of Georgia.
Preferred Licensing : Georgia and / or North Carolina Life license
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Customer Focused : Strong commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
Flexibility : Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a hybrid remote working environment.
