They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.In California, the operations serves the food industry with paper and plastic packaging. This is a 24 / 7 facility with 450 employees. This Safety and Environmental Leader will spearhead California OSHA, handle workers comp, handle investigations and most importantly drive improvements across the facility.The operation has a robust safety program in place, the correct leader will enjoy stepping into a well run machine with emphasis in their area of expertise.QualificationsBachelor Degree in applicable field requiredExperience in an EHS Manager function in manufacturingCal OSHA experience requiredAble to lead Safety and Environmental and Workers Comp in a large capacityAbility to effectively communicate up and down, drive improvements and build teams
