We’re searching for an Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager who thrives in a fast-paced setting, with a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability and compliance.What You’ll Do : Lead all environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Develop and implement sustainable practices to minimize waste, reduce emissions, and conserve resources in food production.Conduct environmental audits, risk assessments, and inspections, driving improvements across the plant.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental best practices into daily operations.Manage environmental reporting, permits, and documentation for air, water, and waste management systems.Spearhead training programs to educate employees on environmental policies and procedures.Support health and safety initiatives, creating a holistic approach to EH&S management.What We’re Looking For : Experience in environmental management within food processing or manufacturing industries.Knowledge of environmental regulations (EPA, CalEPA, etc.) and sustainability initiatives.Strong leadership and communication skills to drive a culture of environmental responsibility.Ability to analyze data, solve complex environmental challenges, and champion green solutions.Join a company dedicated to both innovation in food production and environmental stewardship!
