Opportunity Description
Our client is a leading industry player in packaging with a significant presence in the US. The company is poised for substantial growth, with a campus comprising 4 buildings that house multiple manufacturing processes.
This role involves heading a team of 1 responsible for creating, implementing, and enhancing the client's processes and procedures. While the basics are already in place, and a culture of safety has been established with over 450 consecutive days without incident, this individual will elevate and prepare the organization for future challenges.
The role is also expected to evolve into a Regional Safety Manager position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing
- A proven track record of developing and implementing procedures
